Crew-d Pineapple Sour Recipe

Recipe:

  • 1.5 ounces Cask & Crew Rye Whiskey
  • ½ ounce lemon juice
  • 1 ounce pineapple juice
  • ½ ounce simple syrup
  • 1 egg white

Method:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice
  2. Shake hard to chill and combine ingredients
  3. Strain out the ice
  4. Shake hard again to create a silky texture and maximize foam
  5. Fine strain into a cocktail glass
  6. Garnish & Enjoy!
